There is no street address published here because Quality1Direct is a service-area business — we travel to clients rather than running a walk-in office. Google’s guidance on what a realistic service area looks like also frames how far we sensibly work: broadly, Washtenaw County and Metro Detroit rather than anywhere within driving distance of the state.

What to have ready

You do not need to prepare anything. If you want the first conversation to be more useful, three things help:

The service and the town you most want work from. Not “more customers” — the specific job in the specific place, because that is what a geo-grid scan gets pointed at.

What you have already tried, including anything that went badly. Previous agency work matters, particularly link building, because it occasionally needs cleaning up before anything else starts.

Whether you have capacity for more work. If you are already booked solid, we would rather establish that early, and the honest recommendation may be to wait.

What happens next

We run a geo-grid scan for your main service across your service area and go through it with you. That shows where you actually rank town by town, which is usually quite different from what searching from your own desk suggests.

From there the conversation is either about which work would move it, or about the fact that it should not be a priority for you right now. Both happen, and we have written down the situations where we would tell you not to spend.

If the form fails

The form on this page posts to our own server and sends through our email provider. If anything goes wrong it will tell you so and show you the fallback rather than pretending it worked.

If that happens, email jared@quality1direct.com or call 734-747-3922. A lead lost to a broken form is a failure of the website, and the entire point of publishing the address alongside it is that no enquiry disappears silently.

How quickly will you respond?

Within one business day, and usually the same day. The form sends an immediate acknowledgement so you know it arrived, followed by a real reply from a person. If something is urgent, call 734-747-3922 rather than using the form.

What happens on the first call?

We ask what you sell, where you want the work to come from, and what you have already tried. Then we run a geo-grid scan of your current rankings and go through it with you. That happens before any proposal and before you commit to anything.

Do you charge for the initial audit?

The geo-grid scan and the first conversation are free. A full written SEO audit, with the site, listings and competitive analysis and a prioritised fix list, is a paid piece of work because it takes one to two weeks and produces a document you can use with anyone.

Do you work outside Southeast Michigan?

Occasionally, though it is not where we are useful. Most of the value here is knowing the market — the university calendar, the corridors, the townships. Somewhere we do not know, we are a competent generalist rather than a local specialist, and you can find those anywhere.
